Advanced Tactical Hammering
A no-holds-barred series of Hammer Exercises designed to increase
motivation for making money.
(1) Reinforce a Possibility
We begin with a pair of Imagination
Hammers to break through any barriers and get your brain ready for
some new thinking.
In the CASE hand you will briefly consider your own financial
situation as it stands today. Do not go into detail; merely 'bring
up the subject' to yourself.
In the IMG hand you imagine what life would be like in a better
financial scenario. Do not try to convince yourself of anything or
pass it off as truth, because it is not. Just imagine it. There is
nothing wrong with that. |
|
CASE: |
Briefly think of your
financial situation as it is now |
IMG:
|
Imagine what it would
be like if you make lots of money |
|
|
(2) Give Yourself a Pep Talk
Now, a simple affirmation
wherein you declare that you are able to make lots of money.
In the CASE hand you will briefly consider your current financial
situation.
In the AFF hand you will make a decision, then with conviction
declare your intention to succeed. |
|
CASE: |
Briefly think of your
financial situation as it is now |
AFF:
|
With conviction say
to yourself, 'I will make lots of money' |
|
|
(3) Reinforce Memory of Making Money
Here we start cracking the brain open
to a new realization. You will reinforce a simple memory; something
that is true and cannot be denied.
In the CASE hand you will again consider your current financial situation.
In the MEM hand you will recall a time when you made some money. It does
not have to be a lot; just an amount.
|
|
CASE: |
Briefly think of
your financial situation as it is now |
MEM:
|
Recall a time when
you made some money |
|
|
(4) Create a Logic String that Supports Earning
Money
This exercise builds upon the memory
you reinforced in the previous hammer, and uses it as the CASE thought
in this exercise. You reinforced a memory of having made money; now it
will be used as the first step in a logic string.
In the CASE hand you will recall memory of having made money.
In the LOG hand you will think to yourself, 'I have made money before
and that means I can make even more in the future' |
|
CASE: |
Think about the fact
that you have made money before |
LOG:
|
Realize to yourself,
'I have made money before so I know it is possible and easy to
do' |
|
|
(5) Reinforce the Power of Envy
Your brain is now ready for the
first motivator: a pair of streaming Hammers that use jealousy as
the engine. In this exercise you will first choose a human model
to emulate. Think of some person who processes plenty of money and
who also who has impressive moral fibre. Someone you wish you could
be like.
In the STR hand you will feel envy of the person who has plenty of
money.
In the PRET hand you will pretend that you actually are that person. |
|
STR: |
Feel envy of the
person who has plenty of money |
PRET:
|
Pretend that you
actually are the person with money |
|
|
(6) Reinforce the Greed Motivator
A second motivator that might be
useful in this case is greed. Small amounts of greed do no damage
to anybody, and they can help you to save more of what you earn.
In the STR hand you will feel greed concerning the thought of
money.
In the PRET hand you will pretend that you actually have a bunch
of cash |
|
STR: |
Feel a stream of
greed concerning the thought of money |
PRET:
|
Pretend that you
actually have a bunch of cash and it all belongs to you |
|
