If your brain accepts the NEW thought it will become a permanent part of your thinking.
If it does not, the thought may persist for a while then fade from view.
This, the last phase, forces the brain to perceive the thoughts sharing the same space
and time, as well as being associated (within the body).
Your brain will now either accept or reject the hammer based on its own
mysterious criteria. My theory is that if the 'unconscious mind' finds a path to a reward or
reduction of stress it will be solidified.
This can send your brain for a pretty good loop the first few times you do it.
With some people the short-term effects can be slurred speech, euphoria, a sensation
of 'altered state', etc. A few even get knocked senseless.
One thing is certain for nearly everyone: whether you hear bells and whistles or not,
it takes a single repetition of the Hammer to change your life forever. |

After this phase has been completed there is no turning back. |
