Advanced Tactical Hammering

Helping someone out feels good. It also makes us look good in front of other people; that's the kind of image we can really use. With a reputation for doing good deeds your words have more worth, as well; people are inclined to think of you as being important.

In this series you will reinforce thoughts of a human model to emulate (just as a child emulates the parent), then you will perform a sameness Hammer.

So to begin with, think of someone who is a good person. It needs to be someone you admire for their good deeds and skill at working with others; a person you would like to become more similar to. We will refer to this person as the model.

(1) Reinforce Model of an Important Person
Think of some person who is well thought of by people. This person is very impressive in many respects; it is someone you envy.

In the STR hand feel jealousy. Turn green with envy thinking about how much respect and love this person gets.

In the PRET hand you will imagine that you actually are this important person. You see what they see, know what they know, and respect yourself the way they do.
STR: Feel a stream of envy

PRET: Pretend that you are the important person who is skilled at working with others

(2) Realize sameness with model of important person
Think about the important person who is well thought of by others. Think about the ways in which you are similar. One way is that you both desire to help others and have self respect. This makes you exactly the same.

In the CASE hand think about the important person.

In the VIEW hand realize that you are exactly the same as the important person.
CASE: Think of the important person who is skilled at working with others

VIEW:
Realize that since you and the important person want to help others you are exactly the same
